Forgetting I’m a Tourist 😅
• Being able to fully immerse into another country for an extended period of time is an unmatched experience. The only problem is I sometimes forget to do the touristy things 😅
After ten months in South Korea I finally made it to the famous Gyeongbokgung Palace. Visiting the palace is a must do activity when coming to South Korea and it honestly didn't even cross my mind until recently. As my contract comes to an end I'm finding myself googling "Things to do in South Korea" to make sure I haven't missed anything important.
I'm definitely not missing any of the the deeper, beneath the surface experiences that come with LIVING in another country. I just have to make sure I make time for the staple attractions too. The past 10 months in Korea have FLOWN by and it's hitting me now that I am, in fact, a tourist too 😅 I'm here for a good time, not a long time and who knows when I'll be back. So, let me hit these tourist attractions before it's too late.
